Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Flovvy account and all associated personal data.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (recommended)

You can permanently delete your account from within the app in a few taps:

  1. Open Flovvy and go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account
  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

The deletion is immediate and removes your account and associated data from our servers.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at:

support@flovvy.app

  1. Subject: "Flovvy account deletion request"
  2. Include the email address you used to register in the app.

Requests are processed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity first.

What data is deleted

In shared groups, your entries are disassociated from your identity so they remain available to the other participants, in pseudonymized form.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept only for the period required by law (e.g. tax/accounting obligations) or to prevent abuse, stored securely and deleted once those legal terms expire. To prevent repeated misuse of welcome credits, a one-way hash of your email (never the email itself) may be retained for up to 30 days and is then deleted automatically.
